Completed multimillion Rand contracts for the SADF, Correctional Service, Department of Education, Telkom and S.A. Police.

Has assisted many Industrial and Commercial Companies including Grinaker LTA and Anglo Plat, Murray & Roberts and over 50 municipalities in LAB, ABET and Basic Life Skills for employees.

Can assist you and your company to groom selected candidates with proven effective ABET English and Numeracy programs for further Education and Training (FET) to complement the industry's skilled manpower requirements.

Developed a wholly South African Assessment Instrument which can be administered in-house by your own employees. Thus it releases you from outsourced or outside consultants, and is highly affordable.

Lead The Field operates Internationally, in association with Cowan International (a mining recruitment agency).

The assessment of Learning Potential, Literacy and Numeracy Programmes are availabe in English, French and Portuguese Languages.
