3.         This process had taken 15 years, 1994-2009 from conception to the final developed (or continuously developing) product.

4.         Lead the Field Africa introduced to South Africa’s Education Industry the revolutionary Suggestopedic Accelerated Learning Techniques (SALT) methodology, supported and enriched with the Creative Accelerated Learning Methods (CALM) in 1986 (23 years before  2009), NOW the Accelerated Learning Techniques are Supplemented by Pathways to Successful Achievement and English Phonics Training Programme:

4.1.   SALT was originally developed by Georgi Lozanov a psychiatrist at the University of Sophia in Bulgaria.   This method is directed to unlocking the immense capacity of the Human Brain. This methodology having been taught to teachers proved that a curriculum normally destined for two or more academic years could be successfully mastered in one year i.e. producing marticulants at age 14-15 with cumulative achievements.
Currently in South Africa the University of Stellenbosch offers a one year Diploma Course in the SALT Methodology.

4.2.     The Pathways to Successful Achievement Programme is directed to stimulating the individual’s Self-esteem.   Not even the best teacher can teach a person with a low self-esteem ANYTHING.

The Pathways Programme involves both the cognitive and the affective aspects of the Human Psyche.  Both the logical-reasoning and the much more subtle faculties of the subconscious and the intuitive power of the Human Mind are addressed.

The 3 day Pathways Programme introduces the candidate to:

  • Rapid Reading, Mind Maps, Memory

  • Time Management, Problem Solving

  • Study Methods, leading to success in examinations

  • Goal Setting

  • Healthy Lifestyle, and predominantly:

Self-confidence, Self-worth and the intrinsic WILL to unlock their own potential to live a better life.
