Gerard Masher attended Lenasia Secondary School (where he matriculated) and The Institute of Personnel Management for 3 years.  He studied Comm Law, Human Resources, Personnel Management, and Industrial relations.  Gerard worked for the Services SETA as a Levy Grant Co-ordinator for 5 years before receiving his true life calling to work for Lead The Field Training.

Gerard says:  “I have been with the company for just over 3 years now and loving every minute of it”
Gerard is a people’s person.  He has a passion for education and believes firmly in the release of full human potential in order to promote harmonious co-existence and to enhance the quality of life among the people of South Africa. Gerard conducts LAB Administrators Training, does LAB Assessments and co-present ABET Facilitator Training.
