Co-ordinator: Lead The Field Training
Mirna began her adult working career for an automobile spares company while still attending college on a part time basis. She did not have a college diploma or training, and was therefore not considered for higher positions. The only available position for her was as an hourly sales consultant in the frontshop of a franchise branch. While performing this job, she took advantage of the many training opportunities that the company offered, and continued to work towards her college certificate.
Mirna gained her college certificate and applied for a permanent position in a well known insurance company. She continued to use every educational resource she could find to improve her level of knowledge and performance. In addition to different levels of certificates and a diploma, she earned awards for work performance, including employee of the month achievement award.
Her experience and performance led to an appointment as a company manager. The responsibility and the experience of varied challenges enabled her to develop, getting further training and improving her technical knowledge.
Mirna has chosen to bring her experience, efficiency and work ethic to Lead the Field Training, where she has the opportunity to apply her management and technical skills everyday.
Today she works in an environment that provides a challenge, and she has a career which enables her to help others to develop as successful individuals. Every day she looks forward to the opportunities to work with client companies to help them develop their employees and to improve their profitability.
