Lead the Field presents a Personal Financial Management Facilitator Programme over 4 days to empower facilitators to effectively present the Personal Financial Management Programme in their companies, to enable employees to manage their own finances, reducing stress and worry, and resulting in a more effective workforce.
LTF’s Personal Financial Management 2 day Programme is a significant Life Skills empowerment course. Financial worries is one of the factors that contribute to loss of productivity on the shop floor. It examines the role of money, why so many people are locked in debt, and gives sound guidelines for managing personal financial affairs. This will enable people to live a stress-free life and to enjoy the fruits of their labours.

Research indicated that 92% of our population do not know how to manage their personal finances such as, allowances, grants, salaries or pensions and retire dependent on someone or the state.
Increasing number of wage earners become dependent on short term cash loans on a regular monthly basis. Once caught up in this way of financing their daily need the entrapped experience fear, worry and become unproductive workers.
Personal financial management is one of the most important Life Skills necessary in our society. The lack of this knowledge affects people on all levels of society regardless of education, position, age or gender.
All employers will benefit where employees are trained in this vital Life Skill.
Lead The Field Training provides such a course which is presented over 4 sessions of 5 hours per session to small groups of ± 12 persons per group.
A senior person employed by the company is trained over 3 days to present the course to employees.
He/she is provided with a detailed instruction manual of a delegates workbook, which also becomes a reference manual, available in English and Afrikaans.
